Bottleless Nation is seeking a Service Technician / Installer for the Cincinnati area to install, troubleshoot, and service bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client environments. You will ensure top-notch service and proper operation of systems.

The role requires excellent customer service and the ability to work independently. A company vehicle, fully paid training, and benefits are provided, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights up to 35 ft with safety harness.
• Able to work independently and ask questions as needed.
• Plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience installing/servicing commercial beverage and ice systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and service bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client environments.
• Complete service routes efficiently and professionally.
• Explain system functionality to customers and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and coordinate with supervisor and team.
• Operate safely with company equipment and follow safety procedures.
