Job summary

Bottleless Nation is seeking a Service Technician/Installer for our Louisville area market. This role installs, troubleshoots, services and repairs bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client environments.

Must have strong customer service, diagnostic and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Plumbing experience and MS Office/Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma, trade school, or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills including MS Office and Excel.
• Some lift work up to 35 feet with a safety harness.
• Plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client businesses.
• Professionally greet and interact with business customers.
• Explain system functionality and answer customer questions.
• Complete service routes efficiently and communicate with team and supervisor.
• Complete necessary paperwork and follow safety procedures.
