Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a field service technician to install, repair, and maintain water treatment systems across the district. You will work with the Service Coordinator, perform on-site water tests, diagnose issues, and ensure excellent customer service. Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

This role involves loading and unloading the service vehicle, inventory management, and keeping the area and equipment in good condition. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience installing water treatment systems across a district.
• Ability to perform water tests and diagnose service issues.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfort with loading/unloading service vehicles and performing inspections.
• Familiarity with ordering inventory and maintaining equipment.
• Must be able to read notes/pictures/specifications for installations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water treatment systems across the district.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong professional relationships.
• Load and unload the service vehicle and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Arrange payments and bill customers according to pricing.
• Maintain tool kit, vehicle, and inventory; keep area clean.
• Perform installations and filter changes according to provided notes.
