Responsibilities

• Installs, reads and maintains water meters and related equipment.
• Responds to customer questions, resolves billing disputes and service issues.
• Operates water service and maintenance equipment and performs routine maintenance.
• Shares on-call shift for after-hours customer support and emergencies.
• Maintains inventory and uses work order software for tracking.
