Job summary

BENTELER Group is seeking a Maintenance professional for their Water Systems division. The role covers development and implementation of PMs, 5S and Lean initiatives, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safe operations.

You will coordinate with mill maintenance and electrical teams for major activities, using SAP to manage repairs and outages, while contributing to a culture of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or equivalent.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with water systems, pumps, HMI, pneumatics, hydraulics, reporting and communicating outages is a plus.
• Seamless Pipe Mill experience is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and implementation of work procedures, PMs and LOTO.
• Participate in 5S, Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in water systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance of water systems.
• Maintain utilities to assure equipment efficiency.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, water, compressed air, piping.
• Develop and maintain a culture of professionalism.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance using SAP.
• Coordinate with mill maintenance and electrical teams for major activities.
• Communicate utility outages with shift maintenance and operations.
