Job summary

Xylem in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and systems for diverse customers. You will travel to sites, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support customers with safe, reliable water technology solutions.

You will work with a team, follow safety procedures, and document service activities. The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years of technical experience (1 year preferred), and the ability to obtain needed

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of technical work experience; 1 year preferred.
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances and DOT Medical Card if needed.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair activities on equipment and systems.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture at customer sites.
• Identify and address safety concerns involving company- and customer-owned equipment.
• Communicate technical information clearly with customers and internal teams.
