Job summary

UL Solutions is hiring for a hybrid leadership role in Northbrook, IL, requiring three onsite days. You will drive capacity and capability management, engage with cross-functional leads and customers, and steer initiatives to maximize financial results.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach and develop staff, ensure policy compliance, and build trusted relationships with customers while guiding project handlers through scope changes and delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years of experience working in an analytical laboratory.
• Experience with NSF 60, 61 and NSF 372 Standards.
• Experience operating and maintaining Agilent GCMS and ICPMS.
• Knowledge of how decisions impact business results and strategic thinking.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
