Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, industrial laboratory, or related environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer or external-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes capacity and capability management under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
• Engages with cross functional leads and customers to understand project scope and technical needs to assign resources effectively.
• Drives process improvements to ensure financial results are achieved.
• Supports and guides project handlers to ensure compliance with requirements, changes in project scope or specifications and customer notifications.
• Acts as a mentor to team members and drives high performance and morale.
