Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift General Laborer/Water Spider in Maryville, TN to support welding and fabrication. You will move materials, prep parts, and stage items for production while maintaining clean, safe work areas and assisting welders with layout and material installation.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1+ years of warehouse experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs individually; heavier items with team lift.
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping.
• Prepping of material for production teams within the facility.
• Monitor inventory levels at workstations and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Stage materials according to production schedules.
• Keep aisles organized and free of hazards.
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Clean and grind silencers.
• Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials.
• Cut and Prep insulation and screening for fabrication.
• Assist the welders with the installation of welding materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Cooperates with: Welders, Metal Fab Operators, Shippers, Safety, Customer Service, and Quality

Schedule: M - F, 2:30PM - 11:00PM
