Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a 2nd Shift General Laborer/Water Spider to support welders and production teams. Schedule: Mon - Thurs 3PM - 1:30 AM, with a pay range of $20-23/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include moving materials, prepping for production, monitoring inventory, staging materials, keeping aisles safe, assisting welders, and following safety and SOPs. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health and dental insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general warehouse experience and knowledge relating to manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift.
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices.

• Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping.
• Prepping of material for production teams within the facility.
• Monitor inventory levels at workstations and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Stage materials according to production schedules.
• Keep aisles organized and free of hazards.
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials.

Cooperates with: Welders, Metal Fab Operators, Shippers, Safety, Customer Service, and Quality

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon - Thurs 3PM - 1:30 AM. The pay range for this role is $20-23/hour + $2/hour shift differential.

MIRATECH, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is currently seeking 2nd Shift General Laborer/Water Spider.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping
• Prepping of material for production teams within the facility
• Monitor inventory levels at workstations and notify supervisors of shortages
• Stage materials according to production schedules
• Keep aisles organized and free of hazards
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified)
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
• Clean and grind silencers.
• Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials
• Cut and Prep insulation and screening for fabrication
• Assist the welders with the installation of welding materials
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 + years of general warehouse experience and knowledge relating to manufacturing preferred
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices
