Job summary

MIRATECH, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is seeking a 1st Shift General Laborer/Water Spider in Prior Lake, MN. You will support welders, prepare materials, and move items through the shop floor to ensure smooth production.

This full-time 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) offers benefits including 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and life insurance. Previous warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually; team lifts for heavier items.
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping.
• Prepping of material for production teams within facility.
• Monitor inventory levels at workstations and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Stage materials according to production schedules.
• Keep aisles organized and free of hazards.
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Clean and Grind silencers.
• Assist welders with measuring and layout of materials.
• Cut and Prep insulation and screening for fabrication.
• Assist the welders with installation of welding materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Cooperates with: Welders, Metal Fab Operators, Shippers, Safety, CustomerService, and Quality

Location: Prior Lake, MN

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon - Fri 6AM - 2:30PM

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move materials, components, and supplies to welders and shipping

The pay range for this role is $20-23/hour+ depending on skills and experience.
