Xylem Water Solutions Netherlands is hiring a Sales Representative for the Flygt business in the Miami area. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and build strong relationships with municipal, water, wastewater, and hospitality clients.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of complex sales experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a technical understanding of pumps and hydraulics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in water/wastewater/pumps/municipal sectors preferred.
• Consultative/value-based selling approach.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and pumping systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, motors).
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally, mainly Central America and the Caribbean.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in municipal, water/wastewater and hospitality sectors.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales tactics.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts and provide technical support.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services; resolve client issues.
• Coordinate with distributors and manage field visits; handle invoicing and CRM entries.
• Stay current with industry trends and educate clients on new products.
