Xylem is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer/Specialist to join our Engineering and Sales Support Teams. You will provide pre- and post-sales technical support for complex water-related products and solutions, collaborating with sales, engineering, and project management to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 0-2+ years of relevant experience; EIT and recent graduates welcome.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support during feasibility, design and tender stages.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to review tender documents and prepare project bids.
• Support post-sales activities, including technical submittals and customer queries.
