Watts Water Technologies in North Andover, MA is seeking a Product Manager to define the product line strategy, develop the roadmap, and capture product requirements. You will be the voice of the customer, bridging business strategy with engineering, manufacturing, quality and marketing, and you will lead development from ideation through launch and lifecycle management in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management with a successful track record.
• Experience leading strategic and financial business plans.
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams in a matrix organization.
• Sales channel or management experience is preferred.
• Relevant engineering experience and strong influencing skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork across functions.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define product line strategy, develop roadmaps, and capture requirements.
• Bridge customer voice to business and technology through lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional development from ideation to launch and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, sourcing, and channel partners.
• Monitor market needs, competitive intelligence, and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Support go-to-market plans and training materials for Watts sales teams.
