Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an Associate Product Manager to provide daily product support, finance tracking, and interdepartmental collaboration in North Andover, MA. You will interface with Sales, Engineering, and customers to drive NPD and launches, while building dashboards and competitive intelligence.

The role requires 3–5 years in the flow control industry, a technical or business background, and proficiency with PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the flow control industry with understanding of valve applications and fluid mechanics/electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of sales channels – distribution, contractor, end‑user, specifying engineers, etc.
• Project Management‑Product Analyst skill set.
• Ability and desire to learn new business systems; proficient in PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Commercial/Residential plumbing related to pressure reducing products.
• Voice‑of‑Customer data collection, dissemination, and reporting a plus.
• Multi‑tasking skills a must.
• Travel 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Understand product portfolio, gaps, and work with stakeholders to develop user‑friendly solutions.
• Design, develop, and update competitive intelligence and market penetration data.
• Manage stage gate process for NPD and gather product requirements for business cases.
• Interact with customers to assess development needs and opportunities.
• Develop Score Card slides for NPD and submit monthly for leadership review.
• Create dashboards for analytics and become the PowerBI expert for the team.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product Development to ensure on‑time, on‑budget launches.
• Provide financial projections and growth commitments for new products.
• Lead training sessions on product strategy.
