Responsibilities

• Review development plans for compliance with regulations pertaining to water, sewer, and stormwater.
• Provide technical assistance to County staff, contractors, and the public on engineering issues.
• Communicate plan review matters with design professionals and internal staff.
• Review reports, zoning conditions, plats, GIS maps, and easements related to development projects.
• Research and evaluate complaints and inquiries regarding water, sewer, and stormwater issues.
• May lead lower-level staff and monitor work; Engineer Ill may supervise staff and back up the manager.
