Montgomery County is seeking a full-time customer service representative to handle water and sewer service and billing inquiries in a high-volume call center. You will resolve issues, process payments, and update account information using the billing system and related software.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication with the public, plus comfort with word processing and billing software.

Qualificações

• Equivalent to high school diploma; two (2) years full time employment interacting with public in a customer service environment and two (2) years full time work experience utilizing a personal computer and word processing software.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to customer inquiries related to water and sewer service and billing in a high volume call center environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer inquiries and complaints using billing software and related systems.
• Performs account maintenance, schedules service orders, and processes payments and adjustments.
• Responds to walk-in inquiries, researches and resolves complex account information, and prepares documentation for Board of Appeals cases.
• Equivalent to high school diploma; two (2) years full time employment interacting with public in a customer service environment and two (2) years full time work experience utilizing a personal computer and word processing software.
