Henry County Water Authority is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and billing tasks. The role requires a set schedule of four 10-hour shifts, 7:15 AM – 6:15 PM, with some teleworking possible.

The ideal candidate will manage payments, start/transfer/stop services, resolve complaints, and educate customers on water usage. A high school diploma or GED and basic math skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Strong computer and general office skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Answers a high volume of calls from customers while maintaining a people-first attitude and high interaction standards.
• Takes payments on current and past due accounts and required deposits.
• Processes requests to start, transfer or stop services and other account changes.
• Initiates actions to resolve complaints when necessary.
• Sends correspondence to customers for collection attempts of past-due accounts.
• Examines meter readings and creates service orders for corrective action.
