The role involves supervising staff, managing the billing cycle, and producing reports to support transparent and fair utility charges for residents.

Formación

• Experience in customer service for local government or utility preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling and balancing procedures.
• Ability to explain policies, billing issues and procedures clearly to customers.
• Analytical skills to review accounts and propose adjustments.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare clear reports.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises customer service activities for billing, payments, and account updates.
• Trains and directs staff responsible for billing and collections.
• Communicates with customers to resolve issues with detailed explanations of policies.
• Oversees processing of payments and cash drawer accuracy.
• Coordinates third-party printing and mailing of bills and reconciles invoices.
