Job summary

Hall's Culligan is seeking a Service Manager to lead a field service team and oversee installation, repair, and warranty processes. You will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while aligning service activities with company goals.

The role requires coaching technicians, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations across on-site and off-site locations. A strong emphasis on leadership and sales-enabled service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a team of technicians.
• Experience using performance data tracking systems.
• Coaching and riding along with direct reports.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a commercial vehicle for 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service team operations and development, ensuring 100% installation completion rate daily.
• Provide guidance and hands-on training on diagnosing and repairing water treatment equipment.
• Manage daily workflows, documentation, and payment submissions by technicians.
• Monitor quality standards across service visits for residential and commercial clients.
• Drive customer experience improvements and escalate issues to maintain satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Operate within a P&L framework, coaching techs to identify sales opportunities.
