Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Service Manager in California to lead the service team and oversee installation, repair, and warranty processes. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving profitability within a service-driven P&L framework.

You will coach technicians, manage field operations, and develop a high-performing, customer-centric culture across residential and commercial projects. Expect travel to customer sites and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a team of technicians.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience using performance data tracking systems.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in coaching, supporting, and riding along with direct reports.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions or limitations.
• Must be able to safely operate a commercial vehicle for 8-10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Aim for a 100% installation completion rate every day.
• Provide guidance and hands-on training on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing water treatment equipment.
• Oversee daily workflows and documentation, ensuring timely submission of payments and activity sheets by all Service Technicians.
• Monitor quality standards across service visits, ensuring consistency and thoroughness in residential and commercial environments.
• Educate team members on success metrics, and align team priorities.
