Job summary

Hall's Culligan of Nashville is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and service Culligan water systems at commercial and residential locations. You will troubleshoot equipment, follow SOPs, and provide strong customer service in a variety of environments.

The role requires physical work, driving a company vehicle, and ongoing training. A driver’s license and reliability are essential for success in this field.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Culligan water products and systems at commercial and residential sites.
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure proper functionality of equipment.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers on usage and maintenance of installed systems.
• Maintain accurate installation and troubleshooting records, including photos.
• Operate vehicles safely and conduct required vehicle inspections.
