Job summary

Hall’s Culligan Water seeks a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems at customer locations, performing testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation. You will educate customers on usage and maintenance, keep detailed installation records, and uphold safety standards while traveling to sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on use of hand and power tools, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in varying environments and physically demanding conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support to customers during and after installations.
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of installed products.
• Maintain accurate installation records, including photos.
• Operate service vehicles safely and perform vehicle inspections.
