Pittsburgh Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and maintain accurate records. The role requires basic knowledge of water programs and strong communication skills, with a probationary wage of $21.10 per hour rising to $22.38 as full rate.

The successful candidate will perform data entry, file maintenance, and respond to inquiries while upholding policies. Residency in Allegheny County is required at appointment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of relevant Customer Service experience.
• Permanent residency in Allegheny County at the time of appointment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and build relationships.
• Use call queue software to reduce call wait times.
• Respond to inquiries about Pittsburgh Water programs and regulations.
• Maintain records through filing, data entry and post updates.
• Greet visitors and route to appropriate department.
• Perform data entry and basic calculations as required.
• Proofread documents and invoices.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of Pittsburgh Water policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
