Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of inbound/outbound call center or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests per tariff and company policies.
• Assist with payments, service changes, and order processing for new or existing accounts.
• Resolve billing disputes and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update data as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and courteous service.
