Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the Water Business Group's ROW program. You will work closely with HDR's ROW leadership and market sector leaders to deliver services and identify key opportunities.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional designations or license related to real estate services / architecture or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project and program management for Water Business Group Right of Way services.
• Support market sector directors and pursue growth opportunities in ROW initiatives.
• Recruitment, mentoring, and alignment of Right of Way staff to meet client needs.
