Job summary

HDR’s Water Business Group seeks a Director of Right of Way to refine and oversee the ROW program. You will coordinate with HDR's ROW leadership, align staff, and pursue growth across geographies and market sectors.

The role requires building client relationships, managing diverse teams, and talking with clients about the value of HDR’s right of way solutions. Travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support: deliver Right of Way services and build alliances within WBG with leaders for long-term growth.
• Marketing and Business Development: support market sector Directors, develop strategic plans, pursue opportunities, and manage client relationships.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment: recruit, mentor, and align ROW staff, share best practices and ensure client needs are met.
