Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee a WBG right of way program, collaborating with HDR's leadership to advance market penetration and growth across geographies. The role involves coordinating with market sector leaders, technical staff, and clients to integrate real estate solutions and enhance HDR’s technical excellence.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, talk to clients about value delivery, and oversee projects as needed, while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
Registration as professional engineer and/or architect preferred.
Experience leading diverse teams.
Experience with Right of Way and real estate programs.

Responsibilities

Project and Program Support: deliver Right of Way services and build alliances within the WBG, coordinate with leadership to achieve growth goals.
Marketing and Business Development: support market sector directors, pursue opportunities, manage client relationships and pursuits.
Technical Staff Development and Alignment: act as subject-matter expert, recruit and mentor staff, ensure alignment with client needs.
