HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the WBG right of way program. The role collaborates with HDR’s Right of Way Director and market leaders to drive growth, improve technical excellence, and expand market penetration across geographies and sectors.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in a related field, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and professional registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Ten years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration (Architecture/Engineering) and related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services and build alliances.
• Support market sector leaders to develop strategic visions and grow geographies.
• Recruit, mentor and align staff to meet client needs and project goals.
