Serclean is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to professionally remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials on site. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients after a loss, combining technical work with strong customer service.

Join a fast-paced team that values safety, quality, and clear communication. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work overtime, and hold a valid driver’s license; IICRC certification is preferred.

Formación

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Overtime and some holidays required.
• IICRC certification in water damage or mold preferred.
• 1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle water damage issues and replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
