Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore, a leader in water, fire and disaster recovery, is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to perform mitigation and restoration for residential and commercial properties. You will execute water extraction, structural drying, debris removal, and content cleaning while maintaining safety and customer care on every job.

Ideal candidates lift 50+ lbs, can work evenings and weekends, hold a valid driver's license, and pursue IICRC certifications with paid training and on-call

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or skilled trades.
• Willingness to pursue IICRC certifications.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire and smoke mitigation.
• Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment.
• Demolition and removal of damaged materials as needed.
• Clean, sanitize, and restore structural materials and contents.
• Take moisture readings using meters and thermal imaging tools.
• Document job progress with photos and software.
