Job summary

Serclean seeks a Water Restoration Technician to remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials and manage issues caused by water incidents on client sites.

Our technicians are the first point of contact after a traumatic event and must deliver exceptional customer service while working with a supportive management team in a fast-paced environment.

Role involves operating air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, and driving to sites, with safety and professional conduct emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years of structural restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore property.
• Work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites following traffic laws and policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
