Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Water Restoration Sales Manager to lead customer sales efforts and drive growth in our mitigation and restoration business. You will combine sales ability with leadership, coordinate with field teams, present estimates, and ensure a professional experience from consultation to project completion.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• In-home or service-based sales experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Restoration, water mitigation, plumbing, construction knowledge is a plus.
• Strong sales presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Customer-focused sales approach.
• Ability to coordinate with field and office teams.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage water restoration sales opportunities.
