Roto-Rooter is seeking a Water Restoration Lead Technician to drive commercial and residential water damage restoration projects from inquiry to completion. You will promote services to insurance partners, coordinate on-site assessments, and present effective solutions.

The role requires proven sales leadership in restoration, strong customer service, and proficiency with Xactimate. Team leadership, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or service industries is required.
• Strong customer service abilities and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote our commercial and residential restoration services to insurance agents after water damage.
• Serve as frontline point of contact for customers and insurers throughout the project.
• Inspect sites, propose solutions, and manage project delivery within set timeframes.
• Utilize Xactimate to prepare proposals and scope of work.
• Hire and lead a team of sales reps and service technicians.
