Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Water Damage Sales Consultant to guide customers through restoration options. This full-time role pays a base salary with performance bonuses and includes a company vehicle and health benefits.

You will meet with property owners, assess needs, prepare estimates, present recommended services, and manage follow-ups to close opportunities while coordinating with field teams.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• In-home or service-industry sales experience is a plus.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss estimates and service recommendations confidently.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with field teams.
• Restoration, water mitigation, plumbing, construction, or related experience is helpful.

Responsibilities
