Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead and support its Springfield area water restoration team. The role emphasizes profitability, safety, team development, and field training, with strong emphasis on meeting sales goals and effective coordination with management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales management experience in service industries, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills, with preference for those familiar with P&L

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management experience in the service industry.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• P&L management experience preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with attention to detail in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the water restoration department to operate profitably and safely.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Recruit and maintain water restoration teams in coordination with the hiring manager.
• Manage time, materials, equipment, and technician resources for water restoration sales and service teams.
• Provide ongoing field sales and education training.
• Coach and develop sales & service teams using hands-on training methods.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety requirements.
