Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated Water Restoration Sales Representative to join our team. You will generate sales opportunities for water mitigation and restoration services by developing customer relationships, assessing property damage, and guiding customers through the restoration process.

In this role you will conduct on-site assessments, present tailored restoration solutions, and close sales while coordinating with the restoration team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales within a service-related industry (plumbing, restoration, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose water damage issues and propose restoration solutions.
• Ability to work independently and focus on achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate water damage and restoration needs.
• Present tailored restoration solutions to customers and explain service options.
• Close sales effectively by building trust, clearly communicating, and addressing customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the water restoration team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

In this role, you will play a critical part in generating sales opportunities for water mitigation and restoration services. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, assessing property damage, and offering expert solutions to guide customers through the water restoration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate water damage and restoration needs
• Present tailored restoration solutions to customers and explain service options
• Close sales effectively by building trust, clearly communicating, and addressing customer concerns
• Coordinate with the water restoration team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle

Requirements
