Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a Water Restoration Lead Technician to oversee water restoration projects, including extraction, cleaning, demolition, setup, drying, and monitoring. This role directs Water Technicians and interfaces with customers to ensure high-quality service.

The position requires 3 years as a Lead Water Restoration Technician, certification upkeep (WRT/ASD), and comfort with Xactimate; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Our newest division, water restoration, is growing quickly, and we are adding additional team members to our Water Restoration department. The primary role of the Lead Water Restoration Technician is to perform all water restoration services as required, including extraction, cleaning, demolition, equipment set up, drying, and monitoring as directed by the Water Restoration Project Manager or Water Restoration Manager. Additionally, you will direct the activities of Water Technicians and interacts with customers for water restoration services.

Requirements

• Sales management experience preferably in the restoration or service industry

• 3 years of water restoration lead technician employment
• Maintain IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD).
• Upon hire, must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and must complete a respirator fit test.
