Roto-Rooter is hiring a Water Restoration Lead Technician in Elkridge, MD. The role covers field restoration tasks such as extraction, cleaning, demolition, drying, and monitoring under the Water Restoration Project Manager.

You will lead Water Technicians and interact with customers to deliver high-quality service. The position requires a minimum of 3 years as a Lead Water Restoration Technician, a valid WRT/ASD certification, and the ability to pass a respirator fit test.

Qualifications

• 3 years of lead water restoration technician experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to direct a team of technicians and collaborate with insurers.

Responsabilités

• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer.
• Use Xactimate to create proposals.
• Be the point of contact for customer and insurance agent during the project.
• Ensure the project is completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
