Job Summary

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring homes and businesses, providing timely and effective services to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role requires flexibility to be "on-call" 24/7, as we provide emergency response services to our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic math skills for equipment use.
• Proficiency in computer and mobile devices for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Report to the shop at 8AM, travel to restoration or cleaning jobs, and conduct pre- and post-job equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform services such as carpet and floor cleaning, water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration, odor remediation, and crime scene cleanup.
• Maintain company vehicles and inventory.
• Represent the company professionally in appearance, behavior, and communication.
• Document work and complete daily logs.
• Communicate effectively with customers and management to ensure project completion.
• MUST BE ABLE TO BE "ON CALL" 24/7 SINCE WE ARE AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
