Roto-Rooter is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Water Restoration to pursue opportunities with residential and commercial clients. All leads provided; no cold calls, with unlimited earnings and mileage reimbursement.

Weekly base pay plus commission, flexible schedules, and strong benefits. The role requires assessing properties for moisture, offering solutions, and closing sales using the company pricing matrix and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean background check.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outside sales of in-home services preferred.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications maintained.
• Medically cleared to wear a respirator.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell water restoration opportunities to residential and commercial markets.
• Assess properties to determine moisture levels and need for remediation.
• Follow up with customers to deliver effective solutions.
• Quote repairs using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for customers.
