Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for Water Restoration. The role focuses on identifying and selling restoration services to residential and commercial clients, with leads provided and no cold calls.

Base pay of $500 per week during training, plus commissions on sales. After training, 5% of weekly sales above $15,000 and an additional 2% after $25,000, plus mileage. Flexible schedules and strong benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license and background check required.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outside sales in-home services is strongly desired.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration practices required.
• IICRC WRT and ASD certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify and sell water restoration opportunities for residential and commercial markets.
• Assess properties to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying.
• Follow up with customers to provide effective water-related solutions.
• Quote repairs using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
• Extensive driving to customer locations and on-site service delivery.
• Collect payments and move on to the next service call.
