Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is looking for a Field Sales Representative in Water Restoration to identify and close opportunities in residential and commercial markets. All leads are provided, with a weekly base pay plus commission and mileage reimbursement.

Ideal candidates have outside sales experience, strong customer service, and English communication skills. WRT/ASD certifications are preferred. Flexible schedules and top benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while also being available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Maintains IICRC WRT and ASD certifications in Water Damage Restoration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to residential and commercial markets.
• Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix/insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
