Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Water Restoration. The role involves identifying sales opportunities from leads provided by service technicians and call centers, with unlimited earnings potential and mileage reimbursement.

No cold calls, weekly base pay plus commission, and flexible schedules accompany top industry benefits. Responsibilities include assessing properties for moisture, quoting repair options, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and background check per company standards.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with day, night, weekend and holiday availability.
Water restoration knowledge required; plumbing experience not required.
Organized self-starter with outgoing personality.
Proficiency with Word, Excel; use of Roto-Rooter computer programs.

Responsibilities

Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property water damage for residential/commercial markets.
Assess properties to determine moisture levels and needed demolition/drying.
Follow up with customers to provide effective water-related solutions.
Use pricing matrix/insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
