Job summary

Roto-Rooter is hiring Field Sales Representatives for our Water Restoration department. You will identify and sell water restoration solutions to residential and commercial customers with leads provided by field technicians and call centers.

This role offers uncapped earnings with an average of $75,000-$95,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement, weekly base pay with commissions, and top industry benefits. Strong English communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable background check.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration practices is required.
• Experience in outside sales of in-home services preferred.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to residential and commercial markets.
• Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with existing customers to deliver solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
