Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is hiring Field Sales Representatives for Water Restoration. You will identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water in residential and commercial markets, performing assessments and delivering solutions.

You'll work with provided leads, leverage pricing guidelines, and close sales, with weekly base pay plus commission and mileage reimbursement. Training and benefits are offered; prior outside sales experience is valued.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration practices is required.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel; other company software used.
• Outside sales experience considered; strong preference for related roles.
• Maintains IICRC WRT and ASD certifications in Water Damage Restoration.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and pass a fit test.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market.
• Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
