Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Water Restoration in New Jersey. The role focuses on identifying and closing sales opportunities to mitigate water damage for residential and commercial clients.

You will assess properties, quote repairs, and follow up with customers to deliver practical water restoration solutions. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, a weekly base pay with commission, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and background check per company standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration required; plumbing experience not required.
• Self-starter with outgoing personality.
• Familiar with Word, Excel and other company software programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage from water in residential and commercial markets.
• Assess properties to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying.
• Follow up with existing customers to offer effective water-related solutions.
• Provide competitive quotes using pricing matrix/insurance guidelines and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
