Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a Field Sales Representative for our Water Restoration department in New York. The role focuses on identifying and closing opportunities to mitigate property damage, leveraging a pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to deliver competitive quotes and close sales.

Ideal candidates have outside sales experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and pass background check.
• Exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration required.
• Organized self-starter with outgoing personality.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Office apps.
• Outside sales experience in home services strongly preferred.
• IICRC WRT and ASD certifications in Water Damage Restoration.
• Must pass respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage for residential and commercial markets.
• Perform property assessments to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying.
• Follow up with existing customers to deliver effective water-related solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
