Roto-Rooter Services Company is seeking Field Sales Representatives for Water Restoration. The role focuses on identifying and selling opportunities to mitigate property damage, with leads provided and a weekly base pay plus commission.

Applicants should have outside sales experience and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include assessing properties for moisture levels, quoting options through our pricing matrix, and following up with customers to deliver effective water

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration practices required.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certification maintained is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell water restoration services to residential/commercial markets.
• Assess properties to determine moisture levels and drying needs.
• Provide quotes using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines; close sales.
• Maintain proactive follow-up with customers to deliver effective solutions.
