Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Water Restoration department. The role focuses on identifying and selling remediation services to residential and commercial customers, with leads provided.

You will assess properties and work to close sales with competitive quotes. Ideal candidates will have outside sales experience, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, prefer in-home or field-based services.
• Excellent customer service focus and relationship-building.
• Strong English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell water restoration opportunities to residential and commercial markets.
• Assess properties to determine moisture levels and necessary remediation."
• Follow up with customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues.
• Use established pricing and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
